Just out of curiosity, what does the Abbey Recorder/Librarian do? I think I might try that position.

The recorder/librarian would

Moderate "Off Topic" boards, generally helps clean up the OOC junk. And may deal with the Home page announcements.

And also could make a character to live within the Abbey.
