If you want to join this new RPG, here's the application form, and make sure you fill it out for your character please, not yourself, unless you really want to be a Mary Sue. Oh, you can use any character you've ever seen, made up, or really want to be... (can also be from Deinos or other stories). Just make sure I have a good idea of their backgrounds.

Ex.: Squid, if you want to be Pythous, make sure you send me a PM telling me everything about Pythous, so I know for sure that's all right.

I don't think you know that much about Deinos(as much as I'd like to use one of the characters there(powerful one), and I don't feel like revealing much about Deinos characters, no matter how much I want to), so I think I'll use someone from Saurtech.

I don't see why we could not revive this, especially if certain players wanted to be involved doubly. But I would make the point that MDHall's application DOES contradict itself slightly... How about a cut-off to apply by February 2nd, 2012?

If accepted, that'll be three characters for me: Mud, Lycax, and Rioco. I'd like to actually do this RP, but what's the general goal and setting?

I guess I will have to accept my app, because it's the only one I've put in...

The point of this is to track this "legion's" misadventures. Random planets, random quests, you know the type if you've RPed before.

I hesitate to accept Rioco because he seems so polarizing that he will consider fellow Legion members "enemies" according to his bio... But beyond that, it would add tension!

I would suggest that Lycax is portrayed as especially impatient as well, but I think he can be in.

First (mis)adventure of Legion Imbecile:

Raid on the planet Gohtira

Gohtira is a planet ravaged by civil war, and we are going to go in, as requested by the Ciclopden side to at least garner a ceasefire.

Now for the Mission Brief:

"Gentlemen, and robot, your task is to take a ship to Gohtira and save the people from civil war. You have been summoned by the Ciclopden commander, Erytes (air-ih-tees). When you reach the planet, report to him for more instructions. We are counting on your success to keep our reputation.

I'm counting on you, Legion Alpha [he doesn't exactly acknowledge their forthcoming nickname). Suit up!"

With that call, the members of Legion Imbecile spring into action!

"Suit up!" the intercom shouted.

His electronic eyes flickered with the sound, but the borx barely moved. Rioco sat there, his tail plugged into the wall of the ship as he fed on electricity. He was dreaming, or at least the robotic equivalent of dreaming, but he had no idea what it was about. He couldn't imagine it well, but it had something to do with Borx Wars... He remained motionless as the rest of the team mobilzed.

Lycax hung from the ceiling by his claws, swinging one of his arms back and forth as he looked around at the saurian members of the Legion.

"Civil war? Why is it so civil? Just a buncha guys killing each other for no reason." It licked its lips imagining the scene. Actually, it doesn't sound so bad after all to the creature. "C'mon y'all, we need to get there faster! Those people are.... dying. They need help cleaning up their mess!"


(OOC: And.... I think I might not be playing Mud, because he's MDHall's character, and I think he'd be better at portraying the real Mud for who he really is at heart, and I'm just a Mud-wannabe-fanboy who can only dream of making a character as hilarious, moronic, and spectacular as the Stegosaurus known as Mud. Even though JP just read this on a piece of paper and has no idea what it means. )
