I'v known about this game for a couple of days now and what little I know about it has me excited. Its not a shooter or even a game where you go around killing dinosaurs although I expect that you may kill the odd raptor or something and is more about the interaction between humans in the situation they are in. Its actualy more then that but I'm not sure how to best explane it but you will interact with the sick triceratops from the film and be looking for nedrys stolen DNA container among other things from what my latest gaming mag said.

Is anyone looking forward to it I know I am, the graphics may not be top not but I don't really give a toss and I'm sure most people can see beyond graphics and shooting things (its not a fps). This will keep me happy untill a fourth film comes out (if it ever happens no spinosaurus, keep the tyrannosaurus its a classic). I admit I would have prefured an operation genesis 2 or tresspasser 2 (I don't have tresspasser sadly) but this looks good they just need to use the right sounds and roars for an authentic experience

Yeah, it's by the same guys who did that Tales of Monkey Island game that came out recently, as well as a Back to the Future game. They're all done this way. I gotta say I'm unsure how this'll work for a JP game, I'd expect more action, but hey, this looks cool too.

Have any of their previous games been good ?. I'm also hoping they have a good amount of action like been chased by the tyrannosaurus or the raptors or whatever the new dinosaurs are that were in the bush by nedry's car (their not dilophosaurus according to my mag and any actual dilophosaurus will be life sized of corse they still have the frill and venom and realism be damned its cool btw the one in the first film was a baby apparently). I hope they don't over do some things or twist the story to much since it would make no sence to run into dr grant or dr malcom although it would for other characters like dr wu and maldoon (before he is killed by the big female raptor)

I've never played them personally, but they've always gotten good scores from gaming sites.

ahh thats good. I have high hopes for this game but not unreachable expectations like alots of games get due to been hyped up

How did I not notice this topic eariier???!!!!!! SWEET! :wOOt Looks awesome. Can't wait! Glad that they postponed it for another six months to improve on it. It's pretty good judging by those videos, but it will be even better now. It's basically a direct sequel to the first movie.

Call me crazy but I think the main character is the vet that was checking on the sick triceratops in the film. I the books he was called Dr. Gerry Harding if I recall directly and was hinted to be related to Sarah Harding in the last book the lost world

About 2/3 through the game. It's more of an interactive movie than anything else, but it completely feels like a Jurassic Park movie (albeit in CGI format). :D Lots of details from the book and the movie. I highly recommend it to any Jurassic Park fan.

I finally picked up the game from my local video game store. Played, loved and will play it again soon. They should have called it an interactive movie rather then a game though.

I absolutely hated the character Laura Sorkin though, reminded me of a PETA member that was causing trouble at Wellington Zoo about a year pack.
