Azarni, a strange newcomer to the digital world, appears to have some sort of psychic abilities, confronting Priest, a hacker who had recently entered the digital world. She had sensed his dark aura and the pain he had caused his Renamon, but when he teleported behind her, she fled. In the woods, she met Bearmon, who she saved from a soulless, meaningless death. Priest showed up and killed the little guy, but not before he had been freed from his pain by Azarni.

Seuss, Megumi, Osaka, Nick, Riley, and Katherine were all stuck in Lord of the Rings, believing that there was no way to enter or exit the movie. Out of nowhere, Azarni showed up, and almost instantly met Seuss. The girl's interaction with Seuss appears to be awakening her abilities, the full extent of which is currently not known.
