Is it a rule in Port Charles that everyone has a sibling they didn't know about? Real rule or not, Patrick (Jason Thompson) isn't breaking it this week. He finds out that daddy Noah fathered another kid. And you'll recognize that man: Matt Hunter (Jason Cook)! Yep, GH's resident jackass is actually a Drake. Uh-oh.

After Claudia's (Sarah Brown) testimony at Johnny's (Brandon Barash) trial, an "OMG" moment if there ever was one, his fate is up in the air. Will jurors Edward (John Ingle), Epiphany (Sonya Eddy), and Ida from "Desperate Housewives" (she's totally on the jury! Did you catch her?) let him off the hook?

Lulu's (Julie Marie Berman) sort of taken a weight on her shoulders by testifying at Johnny's trial. Laura's (Genie Francis) there for her daughter the entire time (still wearing that bathrobe, though). Despite Laura's repeated warnings that she does NOT want Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Lucky (Greg Vaughan) to know she's back in action, Lulu tells her bros that Laura is awake. She's a Spencer -- keeping quiet isn't in her genes. Naturally, Nikolas and Lucky beeline over to Shadybrook to see mom. Big twist coming, folks.

Next week, Lisa Lo Cicero starts as Kate's (Megan Ward) cousin Olivia, and will have a huge impact on Sonny's life.

Plus: Carly (Laura Wright) tries online dating (yes, exactly), and if you love Max/Diane, next week is your week. So basically you need to watch or you'll have a lot of problems.
