We're entering into that time of the year where thoughts turn to holidays and presents. As some of you know, Carolyn Hennesy has authored a fabulous series of books and two of them are currently out, "Pandora gets Jealous" and "Pandora gets Vain". We have been working on a way to help promote those books and we have also come up with a way to provide a little bright start to a new year for some less fortunate children. We are pleased to announce the Pandora's Hope book drive.

We are looking at three very special charities:

Our goal is to provide copies of the Pandora books to each of these charities for the children who are in need of a bright spot when things are appearing their darkest. A child's imagination is a powerful thing and we want to give them a chance to have that moment where they can loose themselves in a book and not think about being in a hospital.

So here is where we are asking for your help. We would love for you to donate one of the books to our book drive. You can pm me here or you can email Michelle at PandoraBookDrive@gmail.com for a physical address to mail the books to or if you want to send a monetary donation to go towards buying the books, I will give you the information for that as well. We are going to collect books through December 31st, 2008, at which time the books will be sent off to Carolyn and she is going to personally deliver the books to each of the three charities selected. Be sure to include your name and mailing address in whichever manner you choose to donate for a special recognition from Carolyn after the book drive is over.

Please spread the word around to other message boards you are part of and to your friends and family. We want to provide enough books to give a group of children something special in which to start off their new year.
