derane academy.
Imagine it. Year 1905. Baltus Winifred built Derane Academy by himself with his own two hands. Back then, it was a one-room school, not yet one of the country's biggest boarding schools.
As the years went by, DA expanded to what it is now. After a lot of remodelling, the next generation of students are now coming to DA. They come in many varieties and groups- The Ins, The Cheerleaders, The Musicians, everyone in their own little clique.
Next comes the endless drama of all the students. DA seems to revolve around drama. Whether it's the Winter Formal or Exams, there's always some drama here or there.

Emma Thomas is one of the world's best writers- in the making. She has a private and personal journal that she brings everywhere- to classes, outside, and the library.

However, one day, she looses it. Sam stumbles upon it, ignoring the "PRIVATE" stickers stamped all over it. Sam is the editor of the school paper. Her diary says a lot of stuff she doesn't want to say- all about how she really feels about her so called best friend Jesse("she is so spoiled" is what she wrote about her in her diary, "I sometimes just want to kick her.") Sam publishes a few entries in the paper. Before she knows it, Emma’s entries and personal thoughts all over the school- and not to mention Jesse hates her.
