Now, I don't like to be a strict site owner and make a shitload of rules. I'm a fairly lenient person, so I'll just keep this as short as possible.

Warning Levels
-No Warning: Self-explanatory
-Verbal Warning: Not an official warning level, but just a verbal warning. It is advised at this point you stop misbehaving.
-Level 1 Warning: Probation (Any other slip-ups that day, and you will receive the next level of warning)
-Level 2 Warning: 3 Day Ban
-Level 3 Warning: 7 Day Ban
-Level 4 Warning: 14 Day Ban
-Level 5 Warning: 1 Month Ban

NOTE: Depending on the severity of the infraction, you may skip warning levels.


1. No flaming outside the designated flaming area:
Please keep all flaming and flame/flame war topics inside of the HFIL Forums. That is what that entire section is for. I understand there WILL be times on a forum where you have beef with another member. Better to make sure it stays in one simple area designated for such than to have the flaming ruin some perfectly good topics. If you do not follow this, you WILL be warned for doing so.

2. Keep post content in moderation:
There is nothing wrong with profanity and obscene language. I use profanity, too, as do a lot of other people. But please, keep it in check, and don't go overboard with pictures in your posts (No nudity or gross images). Depending on the severity

3. No derogatory remarks directed towards others:
Just don't do it. Someone could take offense to it, and we don't want any issues if someone calls another person a "nigger" or a "faggot". Just don't, even if you're joking.

4. No heavy spamming or trolling:
It's really just annoying to deal with. I don't mind light-hearted threads made just to be somewhat humorous (Like the occasional random thought thread), but stuff like constantly making threads to annoy any and everyone possible is just lame.

5. Don't ask to become Mod/Super Mod/Admin/etc.:
I will only appoint mods if we are in need of them. So please, don't pester me about it.
