Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 268 Member No.: 3 Joined: 27-April 06	I dont think so, you just sign up at halo3.com Its just for people with a 360, so I think they will want everyone to try it so they can find out what the players like/dislike; of course this is just what I think, not much info is around about how people with be chosen.
