Xmas sewing. Well I really started in July by making a cushion cover. I then got sidetracked by making embroidered and patchwork cushion covers. Now I've started again with 2 more cushion covers for someone to donate to a raffle.

Going to make a (or several) table runners, and I've enroled on a couple of courses locally as well.

How much sewing do you do Carol? I know with cards I always start in July because I NEED to! Are they quick to do?

the only bit of xmas stitching i'm doing at the mo is Humphrey and rudolph kit.

You know me Vix. Always doing something. I went on a demo for the top of the range Janome machine a few weeks ago and we made a bottle jacket. I've made another 7 and some wine glass coasters as well. The foot of the wine glass goes inside the coaster and the idea is that the coaster absorbs the drips.

I also went on a course to learn a bit more about my embroidery machine and now after a further sneaky lesson from one of the girls I'm working on making some emboidered table cloths.

I made my first round cloth last week using the overlocker, and 4 napkins to go with it. The embroidered cloths will be square and will go over the round cloths.
