Hey, I just watched Final Round. 1 Question: Why can Hopper survive from the Digital Sea but the others cant?

I don't know too. But I think he did somethink that he could control lyoko when he is inside lyoko before he with aelita was transfered in to that virtual world, or something looks like that was happening ^^

Looky here, Ma! I make a re-appearance after about a year! But, to answer your question, anyone can survive in the digital sea, they are just virtualized forever. William survived. Aelita survived, and Yumi survived. but more importantly XANA survived. But yes, anyone can survive the Digital Sea, it's just that you're stuck on Lyoko for the rest of your life.
