��O Group: Former Staff Posts: 127 Member No.: 1 Joined: 9-May 08	With the recent vandalism to the wiki, the "shield" has been raised to the point where users can't create accounts. This may inconvenience those wishing to join, so this topic is where you can request that the shield be lowered for a short period of time in order to create an account.

Desert Trooper Group: Supercomputer Posts: 185 Member No.: 13 Joined: 7-June 08	I think that the shield must be lowered for an extended period of time. Right now Code: WIKI has a very small amount of active users, and even though they are doing a great job, we need more users who will hopefully be active and continue to provide the wiki with useful information. Now someone will respond to this and say that spammers and vandals will destroy the wiki. But I'm sure that we can tackle a future vandal attack. You must remember that Code: WIKI survived the major vandal attack in the summer of 2006.

Since I'm among the users who was denyed the liberty of account creation during the shield lowering time I can definetly say I HATE THE SHIELD BUT MORESO THE VANDALS EVEN THOUGH I AM ONE!!!!! (do not fear I only vandalize Teletraan I now cuz they will never accept me again)
