Return to the past..., now!

Where exactly does the return to the past effect???

I mean if it ONLY effected the one part of France, then it would be a day (or more!) behind the rest of the world.

But if it "returned" the WHOLE world........ WOW.

What does everybody think?

There is not a definite amount of space that the RTTP feature effects, though it was documented that the effect went into space, several miles above the Earth (Hot Shower). My guess is that it has to reverse everything, (even the limitless miles of space). So, it would be sort of a plot-hole, as the RTTP would keep going and going and going.

By the way, shouldn't the feature be faster? After all, it should be going at the speed of light (because it is like a wave of electrical energy). Heh... just my little nerd side speaking. Anyway, I was just musing on the Teen Titans episode (The End: Part 3), in which Raven utilizes her energy into reversing the effects of Trigon's doing, thereby making it some sort of RTTP. I just thought of how they were almost alike.

So, I guess the RTTP feature is kind of like Raven's power over time (though it was displayed once in ep. 403 (or 42, not counting the parodies, the movie, other appearances (including specials) and the lost episode).

You could say I'm a nerd. I don't mind. After all, I am researching stuff for my wiki, though I have not put it down on the internet, yet.

Yes, I agree. After all, it did reverse the harmful effects, resurrecting people (or bringing them back into animation from being suspended by turning into a rock- like Terra), so that is why I thought that the RTTP would compare to that.

The RTTP feature reverts time- up to 24 hours. All people that did not go to Lyoko have had their memories erased.

The RTTP performed once by Raven revived everyone that had turned to stone (including Terra). Restored everything that was ravaged to its' normal state.

I always thought it went back to before the tower was activated or something like that... but in echoes there was no XANA attack so maybe I was wrong

It seems so. Also, in "the Chips are Down", Ulrich managed to program a RTTP, to win a lottery, so it supports the thesis that the RTTP is activated by the person operating the supercomputer at the time.


I often wonder how Ulrich managed to do a RTTP, if he understood Jeremie's notes. Jeremie and Aelita both know the language of speaking in complicated terms. For instance, Ulrich knew how to program a program on the supercomputer, but could not figure out what Jeremie was talking about in "Crash Course". Plot hole, anyone?
