Name: Cero
What is it: A highly powerful and swift energy blast that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently and forcefully. The cero requires some time to be used effectively, so the enemy must be either not moving or busy with something else, or too badly wounded to even simply dodge it, with the exception of a few Cero techniques and users.

Name: High-Speed Regeneration
What is it: An ability that quickly heals wounds that a hollow may aquire, Hollows outside of the Menos class who exhibit this ability are very rare; and even then it is usually exclusive to the Gillian Class. Takes one post of non attackinmg, can be used while dodging or using defensive techs

Name: Garuganta
What is it: This is how Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Name: Recordar
What is it: Allows a hollow to return to previous forms they might have held. For example, a Vasto lorde may regain a tail they had as an adjuchas. Only able to reform one part per post, but can form multiple parts

Name: Fortificar
What is it: A technique similar to that of cero, but turned to defense rather than offense, this technique takes a charged cero and spreades it out, creating a covering over the users body.
