Asian Kungfu Generation Thread, for the lovers of this band

I just looove this band.. i have all of their albums and singles plus all of their PVs and a 2004 concert. Me and my band actually plays a cover of most of their songs.. (heehee).. I first discovered this band through the anime Naruto.. when one of their songs was used as an opening theme for that anime (Haruka Kanata).. They're called "AJIKAN" in Japan.

my favourite akfg song at the moment is 'understand'.

lol... yeah they're one of the first japanese bands that i listened to... mainly because of naruto and then "rewrite" from full metal alchemist... u listed almost all the fave songs i like from them... but the one song that i listened to the most was "mugen glider" because to me, it is the most unique track from all their other ones in my opinion..

and its all because of them that i, ah, accidently listened to chatmonchy...[story can be found in the how did u find out about chatmonchy thread]

anyways i only got a few of their latest pv's since i started to geared towards other bands... but will check out that site for the ones i missed or dont have..

I remembered watching a video in youtube a cover of 'Kimi to iu hana' performed by no other than Okuda Tamio.

I like their songs Butterfly and Flashback.

yep, same as ena.. these dudes were one of the first bands that really stuck with me.. (for some reason, i think of them as the "older brother" band to chatmonchy since they're under the same label) haha.. which reminds me.. i loved it when ecchan was singing along to "rewrite" in the Shibuya AX concert! xD

well, i think my first song i heard by them was "kimi to iu hana" and i remember watching the video saying "who the hell are these guys, and why are they dancing around with a frikkin' elf!?!?"

let alone, the song was amazing! but not until i watched the pv for "loop & loop", that's when i became a fan.. and also realized, these guys are naturally crazy! xD

I love their sound. Ajikan is one of my favorite all time bands. Fan club is my favorite album, then Sol Fa.

My first love when it comes to J-Rock bands So many classic songs to choose from, Kimi to iu Hana, Loop & Loop..

But my all time favourite is Blackout. I just can't explain why, but it's my opening song when i do Japanese karaoke. The PV is also so awesome, haha.

Mustang's quickly becoming one of my favourites too now actually..
