Okay, this is just gonna be a simple roleplay to get the forum warmed up and going. The basic idea is around enslaving people and getting them to fight each other in an arena for entertainment (thus the name colliseum). As it's futuristic it should make it a bit more interesting. No profiles are needed and you can roleplay in any style you want, as this is only a roleplay to set the forum off and will probably be allowed to just die when the forum gets started (unless people want to fight it through to the end).

--------------------

EAI57;Independence, or just Inde for short. A robot created within the 57th range of the Experimental Artificial Intelligence droids. Created to think but brought in to fight. Consisting of a floating ball with a slit (for sight) and 4 arms (each with activatable laser sabers, built to run across the edge of the machines lower arms), the only way Inde had survived the apparent 'sport' so far, and not become scrap metal, was through speed and intelligence. Well... artificial intelligence.
As Inde came off the field, to either the cheers or hisses of the crowd, he dragged his oponent with him. He was thankful that the person had been given the thumbs up. He wasn't thankful though, that the person was to stay on and fight. The poor soul. As Inde left the field, his audio receptors picked up a joking remark from one of the commentators on how something, not someone, but something, without a life, seemed to fight so desperately to keep one.
Inde's files for depression flowed active as the gate from the match closed behind him.
"How can I hate my life, when they say I don't have one?"
