Located between Treasure Island and The Mirage, The Fatale stands very high, relatively smaller, and what it lacks in ground area, it makes up for in glamor and as a tall and majestic hotel. An emergency exit used by RAVEN is located in the parking lot sub-sector, which with the right password, can lead RAVEN vehicles through underground tunnels to take them all the way to Spring Mountain RD, Desert Inn RD, and the New Frontier Parking Lot.

And within the Bellagio and Monte Carlo, below the empty lots full of parking spaces, FALCON's HQ lies. It's circular in shape, spreading beneath almost all the parking lot many feet above. There are 4 exits and entryways to get to FALCON HQ.
