Space Force Fleet Carrier Twelve
One of 87 vehicles used by the Space Force as transport between headquarters and other Force ships. Currently stranded half a days travel away from Queppu, due to a faulty part which Space Force just haven't quite managed to send out yet.
The proximity of this vessel and therefore its ability to spy on Commander Henderson is purely a coincidence.
