Physical Description of Character:
Jeffers is reasonably attractive, and believes himself to be a bit of a ladies' man, if only the ladies could see past his unkempt curly brown hair and full beard. He's of average to tall height, and quite slim. He usually wears a smile, and his body language always either suggests he's laid back, or feeling terribly lazy. Usually, it's the latter. He doesn't really care too much about how much he weighs, and he doesn't need to; he spends most of his time at a console, be it in his quarters or on the bridge, and rarely ventures outside the Camden Lock. Jeffers more than often finds himself personalizing his uniform to fit his scruffy requirements. He isn't exactly the neatest member of the crew.

Personality of Character:
Jeffers is always up for a good laugh and a joke, as long as the joke isn't on him. He's pretty much cheerful pretty much all of the time, and even more so when he has hacked into someone's personal files, and messed about with everything. He's trusted enough by the commnder, however, and is usually left in charge over Vine when Henderson, Teal and York are out on business, or otherwise. He's not very tidy or neat, but he doesn't really give any thought on why he isn't. That's just the way he is. He's intelligent, and therefore quick-witted, occasionally landing himself in a bit of trouble, but nothing that he can't talk his way out of, of course.
He has taken a dislike to York, mainly because the two are opposites. York being serious and slightly violent (and completely mental) and Jeffers being loud, rude and more outgoing. Plus, he may just be a little jealous that York is the First Officer, and can make an intelligent kettle with a monkey's head, so he makes a thing of correcting all of his mistakes...
True to his title, Jeffers also makes sure all of the incidents recorded against him mysteriously disappear, never to be read again.

Brief History of Character: Jeffers had a pretty average childhood, or what he presumes is average, anyway. He sailed through education and recieved a BSC in Programming Dynamics, and an MLA in Applied Information Theory. Not bad at all. He joined the crew on the Camden Lock, despite a few rivals trying to make it look like he forged his application, and again, sailed through the ranks. Mostly because he deleted the members of ranks below him if they annoyed him, or tripped him up in the corridors. He gained the rank Technical Officer because no-one else was as good at hacking and reading the jargon computers usually spill out. He's been put in charge on the odd occasion, but hasn't let it go to his head, unlike York...

Family:
Father - Unknown.
Mother - Unknown.

Children: None.
Job: Technical Officer aboard the Camden Lock.

Comments & Concerns: None.

QUOTE
"Sweet how all this is, and considering how terribly choked up I'm becoming..." the Master began, looking up when Jack rushed over to greet another girl with shockingly red hair. He straightened up, took off his jacket, previously tied around his waist to support Jack's makeshift bandage, and removed his laser screwdriver matter-of-factly out of one of the pockets. He inspected it a second, and then pointed it at Martha, a smug grin on his face.
"...I want this," he said, holding up his wrist, the one with the ring tightly hugging it, "Off. Remove it and I don't kill Martha. I may kill her anyway, just for old time's sake, but I need this ring off, now," he finished, the laser screwdriver aimed right at Martha, but shaking slightly.

He threw his jacket on the ground and waited for someone to respond. Preferrably before he lost his footing with the pain shooting through him again now he had ruined what Jack had done to help him. He struggled to stay with everything, and now he had a little more authority, with Martha's life on the line, as it were. He couldn't be tied down by the ring if he wanted to somehow gain the upper hand over everyone while he was still standing.
"You forgot to disarm me, didn't you, Jack? Slipped up there!" he teased.
