A girl at the Encarr Pokemon Center will be happy to download the Trainer Seeker function into your Pokegear. That is... if you give her a battle first!
She will fight you with her etebossu.png !
Regardless of wether you win or lose, she will reward you with the Trainer Seeker function after the battle.
