Since the rise of the new order, the ministry of magic has been destroyed.

Adam now is head of the Chaos league which is the central power in Britain. There are only three members of this government, not including Adam himself.

The members of the Government are:

Minister of Order: Abraxas Jern.
The minister of Order is in control of that order. It is his job to make sure that everyone is doing their job and that everything is running smmothly.

Minister of Chaos: Jerna Mousefoot
The minister of chaos' job is to make sure that all rebellions and uprisings are put down. He is also in charge of researching all aspects of magic so that Adam may use them to opress the people.

Minister of Force: Yeardly Harrow.
The minister of force is the law man. He is there to make sure that people are punished and tracked down if they disobey the rules. He is the 'head' excecutioner.
He is in control of the Unforgiveables.

The Unforgivables.

The Unforgiveables are a group of people who do the dirty work for the chaos league. They, subdue people, collect taxes and generally act as the police force. The Unspeakables are led by the Minister of Force, Yeardly Harrow.

When Adam fought his way to power he wrote out his own rules and laws with punishments to fit the crime. The full list is here.

Law and Order from the Chaos League.

Crimes against the state.

• To take part, lead or invoke a rebellion against the order.
  Punishemnt-Death by hanging.
  
• To take part in a rebellious activity.
  Punishment-Death by hanging
  
• To communicate with or harbour members of rebellious groups.
  Punishment-Death by hanging.
  
• To communicate with people outside of the circle.
  Punishment-Fifteen lashes and a service in Azkaban of 1 year.

Crimes Against Magic

• To research magic in any shape or form.
  Punishment-Death by hanging.
  
• To provide others with such books or materials in order to revoke the anti magic statute.
  Punishemnt-Death by hanging.
  
• To engage in any magical activity sucsessfully or unsucsessfully.
  Punishment-Death by hanging.

Other crimes

• Disobey the curfew. Inside by 7pm.
  Punishement-Ten Lashings and a fortnight in Azkaban.
  
• Disagreements with neighbours or other people under the order. This includes arguing past curfew, fighting, fraternising with others. [
  Punishemnt-Maximum of two years in Azkaban. For severe cases Death by hanging.
  
• When a child of wizarding parentage reaches ten, he is taken to a special place within the headquarters where they are tested for magical skill. No matter if they show magic or not, they are released and sent to Hogwarts. A list is made of students who show magical skill and is used later in life as a record for possible mates.

Breeding Rules

• It is illegal to breed with a pure blood if you, to are pure blooded.
  Punishment-Death by hanging. Child killed.
  
• Harbouring a new pure blood child.
  Punishment-Death by hanging for all involved child included.
  
• Not breeding by the age of 18.
  Punishment-Twenty lashes.
  
• Refusing to breed.
  Punishment-Death by hanging.

Laws regarding education

• Education is now compulsory for all magical students in the circle.
  
• All classes are herby disbanded. The only ones remaining are; Astronomy, The Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Muggle Studies and History of Magic.
  
• In Muggle studies, students are taught the the muggle lifestyle, albiet a one without magic, is not the worst thing to happen and in fact the world is better with only one who can use magic.
  
• In history of magic, students are taught that magic is in fact too good for them and that the people of the past were blinded by the use of magic.
  
• Students still sleep in their houses but the house point system is no longer used. New students are no longer sorted into houses but instead are given houses to sleep in.
  
• Students are only given one week of holidays per year. The term lasts from September to the end of May but from May to September there are no lessons. Students may visit Hogsmede on ocasion but are restricted to the castle and grounds otherwise. In teh middle of June students restrictions are lifted and they are allowed to visit home for one week.
  
• In their final two years, students must attend breeding lessons. This is where they are told how important it is for the magical line to die down and for magic to slowly, die out. In this subject, students are paired off with partners who would be the best matches to destroy the line of magic.
  
• Students must breed before they leave school. It is only acceptable for girls not to be pregnant if they have attempted to breed but have had no luck. In such a case, both people will be reassigned to other partners.
  
• Once a student has finished his education they may become an Unfogiveable or live a life as an ordinary subject, in which case it will be their job to continue breeding.
  
• Unspeakables will patrol the grounds during the day and at night will patrol inside the castle.

A wizard/witch is now conisdered of age at the age of 16. Punishemnts are given to all people though, regardless of age.
