Technically, yes. The plan is still rather rough, but it is clear on what we plan to do.

So, advertisements? Grabbing old people? Just plain being active and RPing a lot?

Because MAR's getting old and losing visibility. The system here is good, but getting people to come and role-play is going to be problematic. I personally suggest we loosen restrictions on applying for a good long while. Let get rid of the password to the character forum and let people role-play even if they haven't been accepted - they can't use their ARMs but they can role-play normally and such.

I'll run your idea past Joe, Dei. It looks good, but I'd rather him knowing, considering he is the head of the site. I've noticed the storylines are differing from the traditional MAR settings, so I was wondering. How is everyone with that?

I don't see the separation from the typical MAR storyline as much of a problem. It gives new interest to something that is losing some of its luster.
