Dei Ex's Idea, Storyline revealed a bit

In this topic, Dei Ex Machinis suggests that we loosen a few rules to help the site revive. Well, I would agree with him, if we didn't have a new storyline that was made for this. This is a bit of what will happen:

New ARM will be given. S-class. The current amount is 20. The real major thing on this is:

-Any level can recieve an ARM. Level 1, 2, 5, 20, any.

This is more to entice people into using their characters, thus being more active. There are a few more things I could add, but I just thought everyone should know about it.

Don't feel as if I'm not considering your idea Dei, its just the fact that I've spent quite a while on the new storyline, as Joey has.

For Kura, the S-Class weapons are relatively the same as always, except a little more unique to the storyline, which should've been up yesterday, but Joe must have had something come up. Basically, they still have 8 slots and all, but they're special. For more information, the storyline should be up tonight if I can get into contact with Joe.

Well thats good that the storyline is ready to go,because maybe if we can tell people exactly what is happening, they would feel confident to return to something they can keep up with.

That is what the plan is, but Joey is slowing the process as he is the writer and he hasn't been online for a few days.

Considering that the character I've already created is kinda lame IMO, I'm probably going to have to create a new one if I'm to RP here. Now all I have to do is find that hidden password in the rule section...

Nevertheless, it's good to know that SOMEONE is actually IN this forum, 'cause MAR is an underrated, overlooked show and the ARM gimmick is too good to pass by.
