History: The Cloak used to be known as Joe Smoe. Joe Smoe was a very quiet man, and was the CEO of his own company. His company believe in selling toys wrapped in Kid-safety-kid foam to better protect the children. One day, when he was enjoying his window in his office, the disembodied head of Film Noir Legend known as Robert Michum came into his office and sent him to the Chess.

The Chess found Joe Smoe to be a bit disturbing with his cold feely hands, and sentenced him to be tortured to insanity. In the dungeons, his sanity was lost, and he found this very powerful ARM known as 'Habolobogus'. He used it, and successfully was able to escape the prison, but only to be turned into a Cloak for all eternity...The ARM was lost aswell in the peril. So, due to his insanity, he joined the Chess.
