Okay so yesterday I was with my therapist and I told him that all of the things that I had been binging and purging consistanted of a lot of cheese. I'm already a vegetarian and have been one for over a year. He told me that I should try out being a vegan. Now I have been one for only a day now and already I feel better. I'm really happy that I found a cure.

There's actually fortified soy milk that has vitamin b12 in it. I only have to drink it once a week because you actually only need very little vitamin b12.
