Band People, this concerns the Drum Corp. International performance at Stanford on July 5th. We're trying to get a group together to go see this show and it's time to get our tickets. These groups compete all summer as they travel around the country and it's a great opportunity to see some of the best drum corp. groups around and get inspired for CHS Marching Band. If you are interested, email Ms. Lang at her email address below. I can drive my van and take 3 more.

Good morning, I just checked out the DCI site and found out that a group ticket price is $10 but we have to have at least 25 people. Here's a link with info and a map of the stadium:

The best seats are up high and in the middle but the top orange group section would be fine. The show starts at 6:30 and probably won't be over until about 9:30 Anyway, let's find out who's interested and hopefully get some drivers!

Okay guys, I know what you're thinking....what?!?!! go on a band trip during summer? I thought we were on break!? But honestly, this is such a great opportunity! They have worked hard and it'll show through their performance. Plus, it'll get you really excited for marching band in High school! ( I don't know about you, but i'd be excited with or without DCI. IT just makes it more Exciting!)

I have no clue, I haven't heard from Trudy or Ms. Lang. My bet is that Trudy and family are on a camping trip ( they go on one every month) lol and maybe ms. lang completely forgot. I really hope we can go too!!!
