What's your opinion on pre-game? How does your band perform it?
Well, I'm not very fond of pre-game. I never have, and I don't think I'll ever be. I guess it's how it's done here. We line up in the end zone, march out to the fight song, form our D formation, play Star-Spangled Banner, play the alma mater, and end with the formation of the tunnel. It's not my favorite part, but I have learned to just live with it. Heck, I have the "best" job this year. Like all piccolo players before me, I get to lead the D.  |

i actually love our pre-game!! well for our pre-game we march on in a 5 man block band with our fight song(On Wisconsin) then we play the national anthem, the directly go into our school spirit song, lets go red!!

Well ... my band used to (when i was a non graduate) just perform our normal 1/2 time routine when we did pre game ... then everything went back to normal

i don't think we have a pre-game
we kinda just sit in the stands(pep band) until half time  --------------------  GO MARCHING REDS!  Be nice, or I'll beat you with my clarinet! You wish you were cool enough to be a band geek!
