If I do Chose to keep him in Germany, And I know you hate this but there is no way in HELL that I am writeing more 5 years of this, But Maybe when the plot thins out a bit, I could do a sortof "time Jump", where I say somthing like Five years later, and then recap what happened in thos five years, to may be speed things up a bit.

I like to call it the Victoms of Sicence Citzzan Ship/Visa.
I waskind thinking that that the Visa is what allowed Alex to bring/keep them here for testing or (in Matt and Ricks case) protection.
basically what it is is a internatonal agreement that if a person(s) or property is brought over as a member of a scintefic test or experament ment for the betterment of mankind or human life, assuming there is no dispute between the two countreys where the person or persons are from/going to, and both goverments agree to it, the members of said experament or test are given a atuomatic Visa Or Citizanship. this would work in our case for the citizan ship, cuz our band of Misfits needs to be under regular supervision to make sure they have no negative reactions to the procesis, and, as luck would have it, frankenfurt has the best facilitys around for this sort of thing, Canada having dropped there cryogenics programs around 2032 after a scientist used the wrong fromula to freez in one of the firs publicly avalible frezzings, and killed about 28 people and put for in a permanet coma.
not to say it is a free ride though, there would be strict rules and regulations to recive this, three strikes with minor crimes, or one strike with a major crime, and you are sent home to be impresioned, along with regular checkups by goverment offacials and the like.
I was kind thinking that this could be brought on by people who had been frozen in amarica or other place that have fallen to war (were there any others? I can remember...) and all plead and rallyed to the UN to help them beacuse they couldent go home, but dident want to be treated as secon class citizans.
I really Must Say I prefer the Victoms of Sicence Citizanship to the Five years later, and I would make a effort to Make sure this got put in to the story more than once.

I´m actually liking the idea that he falls in love with a women, that would be a good explanation why he wants to stay here, also because she would be, technically over 50 years younger than him. That "victims of science" citicenship wouldn´t really work. I mean how often does something like that happen? They would for sure not create a special visa for about 10 people, especially when most of them come from a safe country. He could still try to apply citicen ship, after all his cryogenic tank was already in Mega Frankfurt for 20 years or so, so technically he is allready living here for 20 years, he wouldn´t even need to take a langlauge course, since English is one of the four official langlauges in the UEFR (the others are German, French and Russian). Now, I helped you very much allready, try to work with that.
