Do i need to ask anyone if i can use a NPC or can i just use him however i want?

Go right ahead. That's not only acceptable, it's what they're there for. If you're using Blahking, you may want to clear what you had planned with him before you go ahead with whatever you're writing, but for the others, pretty much anything goes.
One thing we have to ask is that you get permission before killing any NPC's off, or banishing them to an alternate dimension, or anything like that. |
