Man am I glad I dont feel this way anymore that God brought me out of this.. this is bad poetry but thought I would put it in here..
The invasion comes as a telltale sign of memories that can not be out run or forgotten as so desired to be. Eruptions of emotion that take over the mind and steal the concept of ever being free. So many times it seemed the victory was won; the invader defeated and peace was finally found for a short while the torment is eased and sleep comes and the mind does not make a sound. A short lived notion of no longer being bound For he rises with a fierceness each time he comes back we are shocked and dismayed at the enemy unleashed for reasons unknown did he come through the mean words or the punches thrown? is he the opponent of the one who comes when love is shown? For the one the invader haunts will never know what it would have been like to have been wanted, loved and treated with a tender touch or a tear wiped away with soft kiss things others talk about as common as the moon in the sky are things the victim does not really miss How do you miss something you do not understand? It is as mysterious as the ozone to the beaches sand things spoken of that stir the mind; there could be smiles and a gentle hand? The victim lives in a daze of wondering which world is real? If they both exist then the victim got the sour end of the deal. One is a world where children are loved, hugged and fed where children are kissed on the forehead and tucked into bed The victims world is full of anger, blood and pain that is a continual thing with fear inside of what each new day will bring left with a scar and a heart that cant sing Forever chained to the invader who can not be escaped or ignored Forever in pain crying I need you Lord. |
