Heaven - A land of air. Mostly angels live here, in turrets of cloud, but you can find a few demons and humans as well. For humans to arrive here they must climb up the Stairway, located in one of the four corners of the world, or Earth. For demons, it is the same.

Hell - A land of fire. Mostly demons live here, in fortresses of coal, but you can find a few angels and humans as well. For humans to arrive here they must descend down the Stairway, located in one of the four corners of the world, or Earth. For angels, it is the same.

To become an angel or demon, you must have an active character. When it perishes in a Quest, you have the choice to create a new character, or come back as a demon or angel. Once you are a demon/angel, you automatically have access to Heaven and Hell, and have a home in either - you can pick. You will also have a few other abilities...but that's private info for demons and angels.
