THERE IS BUT ONE LINE OF RESISTANCE LEFT IN THE WORLD, AND SHE HAS ALREADY LAID SIEGE TO IT: SAN FRANCISCO. DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF THE CHARMED ONES AND THE CONGREGATION OF THE WORLD'S MOST PROMISING WITCHES, GYPSIES, GODS AND GODDESSES, SHE HAS YET TO FULLY CLAIM THE ENTIRE GLOBE AS SUPREME RULER, HOWEVER IT'S ALMOST IMPLIED.
OVER THE COURSE OF THE WAR BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL, NA'DIAN VERSUS THE CHARMED ONES AND ALL THOSE ALIGNED WITH EITHER SIDE, HEAVY CASUALTIES HAVE ENSUED, AND THE QUEEN IS BUT A STEP AWAY FROM CLAIMING VICTORY.
THE CHARMED LINE IS BROKEN DUE TO THE DEATH OF PHOEBE, AND THE RESISTANCE, LED BY AUNDREA DENNIS HAS SUFFERED ENDLESSLY AGAINST NA'DIAN'S POWERS. PEOPLE SPEAK OF A BLUE-EYED GIRL, ONE OF PROPHECY SENT TO THE WORLD TO END THIS HELL ON EARTH, BUT NO ONE HAS ANY PROOF OF ITS AUTHENTICITY.

Almost every magical creature, let it be a witch, demon, or higher power, has a book in which they write spells and so forth. After you have aquired 10 posts then you may apply to get one. In them you can keep anything you wish and remember you can not steal spells from others.

For now the only form of communication in San Fran is that of letters and posting them to the correct person wall of notes. There is a magical law on the notes saying only those who are addressed on the letter may write and if the letter is for anyone they may post.
